What are the necessary vitamins women in there 20′s should take every day besides a Women’s multi-vitamin? I take zinc, primrose oil, garlic, fish oil, and vitamin C. What else do you recommend? Sources?

wow….so many types….why don’t you just take A-Z multi vits…brand name is Centrum…I personally have been taking it and it is good.

Question by just_me2032: vitamins???
i want to stock up on some vitamins when i go grocery shopping and i want to know what the ones are that i need. i am planning on getting a bottle of the Centrum A-Z ones and i have some chewable calcium things..but dont they have vitamins involving veggies? and some for hair? so on and so on. please help me out on the ones i need. and if anyone knows any good recipes that are not fattening that will help too. thank you to anyone who leaves suggestions

Just take a multivitamin and a fish oil supplement for Omega-3 fatty acids.
P.S. The person at your local health food store is not an “expert” on vitamins. They’re paid to sell vitamins.
P.S.S. If you’re confused and don’t know what to take…Just eat healthy.
